Cleaning out Google Calendar entries

I sync my Hero calendar with Exchange and Google Calendar, Exchange has all my work stuff and Google my home stuff. They both sync OK with no problems.

I have just had a clear out of my Google Calendar and removed a lot of old or duplicated entries.

However all the old entries still appear in my Hero calendar, marked as entries from my Google account. Other than manually clearing these out, is there any way to remove them?
