If you use Dolphin Browser and long press the back button, it gives you the option to clear all of those and exit. But, if you are using the stock browser, I haven't seen an app to do that and I don't think you can clear everything with one click.
quickapp cache cleaner. It makes a list of all the apps building up cache that you just click on to clear the cache. If you have a rooted phone it'll let you clear all cache from all apps in one click.
Then for browser, youtube, and market it's got a clear history button beside each one in the list. Paid app though.
Look in the android market for MarketHistoryManager....it is a free app that has a clear cache option....I love it..very easy to use and user friendly...I like its icon as well..It puts a blue android market like bag on your desktop to launch..
