Have you installed, or is there available a custom recovery for your device?

The most complete/efficient way would be to make a nandroid backup (full image backup) via a custom recovery. Then transfer the backup to the new device's sd card and use custom recovery on the new device to restore the nandroid backup.


If no custom recovery is available, probably the closest you could get is to use Titanium Backup to backup all user apps + system data. Root the new device and install TiBu. Transfer your backup folder to the new device and restore all user apps + system data.
