can you still get into hboot? if so,you arent bricked..yet.

yes I can I can also get in to my recovery and pick a zip file and try to in stall it but it sits at the htc quietly brilliant screen the first one

and if you can still enter hboot,then you may need to restore the device back to unrooted,factory rom. if you haven't tried that already that is. im assuming you're situation is drastic. all the info you can give about how you got the device in its current state will be helpful in reversing its issues.

ok. as long as recovery and hboot are in working order then im guessing you need a functioning rom. install it and definitely fastboot flash its boot.img.

I tried putting jmzonev rom on my phone thinking it was for it and this happend

ok. jmzonev should work for you. i haven't tried it but i think it is for both gsm and cdma one v's. sounds like it installed as gsm on you. download my sense 4.1 rom,extract its boot.img from the rom,get in recovery,wipe everything... then install sense 4.1,reboot into fastboot usb and fastboot flash the boot.img. you should be ok then. if you get random reboots after install,youll need the ota boot.img i have linked in sense 4.1 thread.

yep thats it. i believe you flashed the gsm boot.img after installing jmzonev thats why your stuck. sense 4.1 properly installed will get the phone going again.

how do I put the boot img on sorryits been a while

lol. well once u install the rom in recovery,you need to open a command prompt in the directory you have fastboot.exe and run the command to flash the boot.img. and you boot the phone into hboot with usb cable connected to pc..that will start the fastboot usb mode. then in the command prompt you run command fastboot flash boot boot.img. then reboot the phone.
