Help Color picture settings

Hello, my name is sidekicks3495 and I have an incredible Droid. I'm still in the process of learning it and I love it. I love to take pictures of everything. somehow i got it on grayscale pictures and can't get it back onto color. It shows all options, (aqua, sepia, negative,posterize but not color) please give me a clue. Thank you....

When in camera mode, open the slide bar and select the paint brush and palette icon, then select none.

There is no "none" option available.....now what??
