I have tried to hook up my eris to my computer and it will not give me the option to sync or mount in the notifications to load music to my phone etc. I have the debugging box checked and have installed and uninstalled htcsync at least 12 times. I pulled the battery out and restarted the phone as well. Im not sure what else to do. Please help!!!!
