Complaints to o2, is it worth it?

    Hello there.
    I'm new the the forums, I will be at some point the owner of a HTC Desire... thats if O2 ever decide to send it too me.

    I've sent a couple of emails in complaint to being told the phone was in stock only to find out it wasnt in stock. To be honest I'm still clueless as to when I'll be getting the phone. Possible stock update next Friday...

    The responses to the emails that I've had have been lets face it pretty standard responses and not really addressing what i've stated in the email.

    I've sent another one this morning, demanding answers to the issues.

    Is it worth chasing up, or am I just wasting my time with the emails.
