Complete Newbie Question

First off, thanks for all the information on this website. Second, I have a general question, when you install a custom rom on an Htc Evo, will the all the phone settings (network and such) still be intact? In other words, if a I have a sprint evo connected working with sprint and I flash a custom rom, will my evo still work or will I have to reconfigure the phone with sprint? Thanks in advance.

From one newbie to another, I believe your radio (phone) will work exactly the same.
