Connect the charger

Got a problem! On thursday , first day i used my android mx box, it worked fine.
However, yesterdy when i tried start it, it says it needs "Connect the charger", the power supply is connected , and i dont have a password, does someone know a solution?
The problem now is that i cant use the box at all

This "error" relates to VPN on you MX box. To resolve, you need to key in the pin that has been setup for the VPN
