My friend has a Galaxy SII and I have been trying to connect it to an ad hoc wireless network I have created on my laptop. I am working away from my home in the uk, staying in a hotel that only used cabled Internet access in the rooms. I have set up my laptop successfully, I can connect and share the connection with my iPhone and my roommate can connect via his MacBook. But the Galaxy does not even see the connection.
Can anyone shed some light on this please.
