connecting with USB to Windows 7

I downloaded easytether on my old computer- windows xp and got it to work fine. I got a new computer- windows 7 and cannot connect to USB. I still have my old computer and it works on that... When I debug the USB my new computer doesn't recognize my Droid- LG Ally. I have to uncheck debug and it recognizes but won't connect to easy tether... help!

I've tried different USB slots...
