Constant connect/disconnect via usb...wont charge

we have 2 galaxy tabs, and multiple charges options. this tab is doing the same thing on all of them.

when i plug in usb (to pc or just charge) is connects and disconnects right away. then it will just try to keep doing the same thing while plugged in (connects..then immediately disconnects).

I can probably return to costco, but wanted to check here first!

It's definitely factory defective - have it replaced. It would be an interesting academic exercise to determine exactly what's wrong, but if it's new I'd just package it back up, bring it back to the customer service desk (with the receipt, of course - you do either keep them por keep pictures of them, right?) and ask for an exchange.
