contact sync. convert TO phone contact

there are 1000 people trying to get their phone contacts to become google contacts, but i want my google contacts to become phone contacts so i can get them to sync to my windows contacts... thanks guys!!!

You are making it too hard.

Sign into your google account. Click on contacts. Look upper right and click export. Select "My contacts" to get all of them and then select CSV.

go into your Windows Contacts: File > Import > Windows Contacts, select CSV > Import and
browse to the file you exported.
