Help Contacts... Cant look up company name?

Noob.. of course. 1st post.

Nonetheless, I cant figure out how to go in to contacts like I did with my Blackberry and look up a company with pertaining contacts within that company.

Somebody PLEASE tell me I am missing something with the search on my Eris. No WAY they would drop the ball on this simple search.

aContacts at the marketplace has this search built in to the contact search.
