Are you asking about what cookies are or how to clear them?

If you want to find the settings it should be something like this:

(Not sure if this will be exactly where you need to go, but I can confirm on my wife's phone later.)

    Open Browser
    Press Menu Button
    Press More
Scroll All the way down to Settings
In Settings, there is a setting called "Accept cookies" - Check or Uncheck that as desired
There also is a "Clear all cookie data" option to clear all the cookies.

As to what cookies are, they are settings or values that a website can store in your browser. HTTP cookie - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
