    Welcome to the Android Forums!

Check out our Samsung Captivate forums... it looks like there are a few similar threads there on cut (copy) and paste that might assist you. Otherwise you might want to check out the forums for the other Galaxy S phones as they are probably very similar.

Copy Paste It - Android app on AppBrain

You'll have to root your phone to use it, though. :)

Welcome to the Android Forums community! Glad you signed up! I hope you feel free to join the conversations! :D

Root provides you with superuser permissions on your device that allows for much more customization by installing Custom ROMs (operating systems), Overclock kernels (for some phones), special apps that non-rooted users can't run (like Metamorph, SetCPU, Root Explorer, etc.).

Check out the "all things root" section of your phone's forum. You should find lots of information there and see if "rooting" is for you.

    Welcome to the forums!
