Copying from usb memory stick

HELP how do I copy from a usb stick to my tablet. I can view/play from the stick but I haven't been able to copy to the tablet. Am I being thick or have I missed something?

One method is to copy from stick to your computer's hard drive, then back to your Tab via USB, as long as you have the Tab's drivers installed in your computer.
