Help corp email shortcut in dock?

I have searched but found no way to put a shortcut to my corporation email account on the dock or even a homescreen. If I go into messaging I see a shortcut with unread count but do not know how to directly access this??

Any info would be great.

I am using launcher pro and thought launcher action may access it?
