Corporate/exchange emailSupport

    Hello... newbie here to the Android world.

    Anyone having issues with their corporate/exchange email on their SF? There are times when I will not get email for a 4/5 hour period. Even when I try to refresh my corporate email doesn't update.

    I have it set on Push, so the email should automatically flush into my inbox. I have two other gmail accounts synced to the SF and they work fine.

    Any ideas?

    If you are referring to and using the "email" app then yes others are having the sync problem. What I seem to notice is most are having it set to 5 minutes. I have mine set for 1 hour and its fine. Of course I dont get much email in my email app most comes thru my gmail automatically.
    But again yes you are not alone

    It's probably linked to this same issue - I'm sure it'll get fixed in the next update:

    Email Sync:
    In some cases exchange e-mail and yahoo mail can stop syncing
    Short term work around: The user can manually sync
    Planned Resolution: A fix for this issue will be included in the MR 1 release for this device.

    I saw similar delays with the default corporate e-mail app....Touchdown's 30-day trial seems to be a good short term solution. :)
