Hi! I'm a newbie here hence I cannot post a photo but I'm using a samsung galaxy camera to take photos of my kids and when I go back to review it, it's corrupted! It's really frustrating as I lose precious photos.

Tried another micro sd and still the same.

Can anyone help? Thank you in advance!

Howdy Natenolan, welcome to AF! :)

I've moved your post to the Galaxy Camera section, hopefully some other users of the device will be able to assist. If not, drop me a PM and I'll see what I can do.

Have you tried checking the files on a PC?

That's what I was gonna suggest. It would be helpful to know if it's an issue with the files themselves or an issue looking at them on the camera. Seeing if you can look at them on a computer will help with this.

You could try a different camera app or see if clearing the data on the camera app will fix it.

Try and change the storage to the on board memory and take some shots.
If those are still corrupt then you can get Samsung to fix your camera.
Or maybe reset your camera back to factory and see if that fix your problem.

I'm having the same problem. I am currently transferring my photos to Quick pic since several people said that will resolve the problem. But I will have to check my photos on a desktop computer and see if that is the answer as well.

I'm wondering what is meant by changing the storage to the on board memory. Does that mean transferring my files to an app like Quick Pic?
