cps2hd ?????

can we use the cps2hd on the hero or is it just for certain phones? if if we are able to use it on the htc sprint hero i have to from my knowledge you have to run a file and zip it then load it right? then u have to dowload the rom of the game u want to play then load it again right? then after that dowload the game and load it then it will play? but the main question was can u use the cps2hd on the sprint hero?
