CruxStar Tablet - Boots to Welcome Screen, cannot unlock, shows touch pad axis information at top of

- My dads tablet so I'm not sure what OS.
- Cruxstar Tablet
- Boots to welcome screen, cannot unlock.
- Shows touch pad axis (location information) at the top of the screen.

- Holding down the Vol Up and Down and Power results in booting to an andriod laying down... Then quickly (very) to an android laying down with a red exclamation.

- Pressing on and tapping up during this does nothing.

Hello Roger welcome to Android Forums.

Whats most likely happened the software ROM has become corrupted or damaged rendering the tablet unbootable and bricked. It is a very common problem with devices like this due to poor quality.

Best course of action probably is to get an RMA, and return it for refund or replacement under waranty.
