Help "Custom binary blocked by FRP" "SECURE FAIL: KERNEL"

So I restarted my phone my screen said custom binary blocked by FRP. I did not know what that meant, and I couldn't use my phone. Is there any way to fix this problem without any USB things or something else? My device is also rooted. I already tried a factory reset, rebooting, but it hasn't been working still. Help!

Sounds like you will need to use a PC or Mac & ODIN to restore your phone.
Being there's not much of a discussion regarding modding/root/ROMS/restoring your device here,you'd be better served to ask around here:

Is there any way for me to open odin on my phone even though it's still locked?
