    I need something to open up APK files what should I use?

    so i unzipped this using winzip and only thing I have to open with is bittorrent and it says its an invalid torrent file what do I do now?

    To Install this on your android phone, you need to have tAttachAPKInstaller or any APK installer already install on your phone.
    Search on your market for Apk installer. Download and install and then from gmail click on the attachment and use the apk installer to open the file.


    As this apk is not downloaded from Android Market, you need to Allow installation from "Unknown sources" in Setting --> Applications.

    Unzip the zip file using 7zip or winzip and you get the apk file

    sooo confused, I have it unzipped on my computer Android mate installed on my phone, how do I use Gmail to open it?
    I'm noobing hard here sorry guys new to phone custimization stuff

    Download tAttachAPKinstaller free from the market. It will let you install apk files from Gmail attachments.

    thanks mate, figured it out, turns out the motorola backflip wich I am using doesn't have the proper firmware yet to support live wallpapers, so ownskin couldn't be installed on my phone guess I will have to wait till the firmwares out, but I know how to do it now thanks for the help through my noob ways
