Did a bit of searching and didnt find much...

I'm wondering about Nandroid backups - is it ok to get a system set up with a few apps and get your accounts synced then make the backup so that the next time you load it you are ready to roll? Or is it something that has to/should be done on a clean wiped system? Along the same lines, would it be better to install the apps then backup, or shoupd i go into recovery to push the .apk for the apps I want to be pre-loaded?

I ask because I would like to make a stock backup with all of my favorite apps and my Scenes pre-loaded, if that is safe and ok to do. Sorry if this is a noobish question.

Also, I can't find Lampuu in the market anymore. Could anybody post the apk for it please?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

    Lampuu is spelled lamppu.
As far as I know a normal back up saves all your settings and data.

    Duh, stupid spelling mistake. Thanks.

And for the backups, I kept reading wipe all data and cache before installs, so I didn't know if it was similar for backups as well. This is my first Android, so I just wanted to double check so that I didn't mess something up and brick it. Thanks!
