Just in the Play Store is the CyanogenMod Installer.
It claims to make the rather complicated and tiresome process of installing CyanogenMod on your phone a lot less painful. At the moment it is only the quad core S4 devices, among about 40 in total, that is supported. See, here.

Unfortunately, CyanogenMod ROMs are far too spartan and lack the features that Samsung based ROMs have, for my taste. However, it would be interesting to hear from anyone who has used it.
