Damn annoying. Images not matching names...

Im using Android 4.0.4 on a ZTE N861 (probably doesnt matter). Here is the scenario:

Sometimes when I'm texting someone the image at the top of the screen next to their name will be the image of the last person I was texting. Its so bad because sometimes ill see the picture and think im talking to that person.

Help would be greatly appreciated if anyone knows how to fix this.

Im sitting here trying to get it to happen so I can snapshot it, but I cant get it to happen! So annoying... Maybe its something I can avoid doing if anyone knows how to recreate this lol.

I don't do that much texting but I like the cleanest of the layout in this one. I think it displays the image that you are want.

I havent tried that route, but its a good idea. Thanks, ill give it a shot.
