Root [International] data connectivity should be better

hi all,
so I'm in the center of a city with a quad core smart phone
and I'm struggling to get decent data connections :-(
this is both for 3g and wifi.

I think there is probably an issue with the cell
in this area so I need to chase that,
and you can't rely on free wifi quality

just a rant really :-D

It could be that the modem you're running isn't very good for your area so maybe worth a try flashing a few different ones to see if anything improves.

didn't realise they were area dependant, but I guess that world make sense
