I did a screen check today and one of my pixels is green when the screen is either black of blue. Is this fixable? its not noticeable most of the time. Would you get another replacement?

I assume you've already updated to Froyo?

If so, try JScreenFix - Fix stuck pixels and screen burn-in
There's an app for it if you search the market.
If the pixel is still stuck or dead after running, then return it.
VZW took mine back for a similar issue (still had a dead line of pixels in video mode after Froyo). They didn't blink an eye, just swapped it out right away.

In your case, yes, a replacement might be best. But for the OP, he said his wasn't noticeable most of the time, and he didn't even know he had a stuck pixel until he went looking for one. That's why I haven't bothered doing any of those dead/stuck pixel checks; if I haven't noticed it yet, then it doesn't matter.
