Dead PixelsGeneral

    Today I noticed that my Incredible has some dead pixels. They are always discolored and it is especially noticeable when the background is white. I bought this phone at a cellular store and not a corporate Verizon Wireless. Can I still bring it to Verizon for a replacement? Is it covered under warranty? Thanks guys, any help would be appreciated!

    If they wont let you return it just make another excuse up.... and call *611 to see what they say

    It should be covered under a manufacturer defect policy. I know that some companies (like lcd screens) have it in their policy as "if you have 10 or more", but technically, you have a 30 day return policy from VZW. It should be a no questions asked exchange.
