dealing with Costco Wireless advocates "FREE" Maxx HD bundle

    Has anyone had any experience dealing with Wireless Advocates and their rebate fulfillment company Stuart Lee Rebates? I bought my HD at Costco because of the free dock and the free case to be mailed in 30 days. Instead of my case and dock being received in 40 days I get a letter saying it will be another 60 days for the product to be made available from Motorola and then shipped to me. This ceases to be a deal if I now need to go buy a case to protect my phone for the next 60-70 days and I need a dock NOW... I use the navigation daily and I really enjoyed the text reading on my Bionic dock. Having my phone slide off my console or leg has grown old and was bearable for the 30 days but now that the end is not in sight I must but a dock.

    Does Costco care that a supplier operates this way?

    If they were out of stock in March when they received my rebate why not send the letter at that time?

    Does anyone have any contacts that will check on this rebate company?

    I'd go in and talk to Costco's customer service desk. Costco has excellent customer service and if nothing else if your within 90 days you can return the phone.
