You might need to wait a while and let Odin do its check.
Odin should give you a fail message if the MD5 doesn't check out.
I'm fixing to go offline but I'll check back in the morning.

Nope not at all let it run all last night i dont know why its doing this if i were to go in download dont i just flash a new recovery and be done with it right ive tried different computers different usbs i cant get in recovery because im a dumb ass

Ok im preety shure its the file because i just tried the cwm and it loaded no problem is it twrp do i need twrp to have cynogenmod?

If you can get CWM recovery to load in Odin, use it. You have to get a custom recovery to load and work in order to flash a ROM.

Nada. CWM, Plilz Touch, TWRP and I think CM has a version but I've never used it. TWRP is the only one that is still maintained and most recommended.

You just have to make sure it's for your model phone.

If it's not for your phone model exactly, then there's a chance you'll be hard bricked and very possibly unable to unbrick unless you do a hardmod of your device. Let's just hope it doesn't come to that.

May I suggest..
Downloading and installing Samsung Kies on your windows computer..
I don't remember if you have to be in download mode or not.. Vol-Down + Power Key? ( it's been a while for me.. )
But.. Kies will get you back to square 1 for sure..
