Help deleting words on swype?

okay i know that when you enter a word in by typing it it will automatically save it and i know you just highlight the word and then you can delete it i get that, my question is...

can you somehow delete already installed words off the phone?

for example, when im swyping ill go fast and on the word "tomorrow" ill swype it and often ill come out with torr torre or torrie, which is somewhat annoying, i keep the swype on very accurate instead of error tolerance but i always miss one word and ill get a different word

so is there a way to delete words already installed on the phone that i myself have not added, you cannot highlight it and simply delete it like the other words i have tried haha.
