My son has a Desire on Virgin and it has been working fine until last night when it stopped being able to send/receive calls or texts. The signal looks fine and I tried the usual things like pulling battery and testing the sim in another phone(worked). On further investigation it appears to be connected to T-mobile in the network settings and if you manually scan for networks Virgin doesn't show in the list. Another Nokia we have shows Virgin listed no problem so it is there.
Does anyone have any ideas what I can try - I'm reluctant to do a full reset unless there is a good chance this will fix it.
