Alright me and DGK1098 decided we release our dev flasher for those who need to install a mod or app such as the SystemUI.apk without running the phone completely, this will require twrp or CWM or Philz use but heres the intro
Introduction:
Hace you ever wanted to install mods such as a new SystemUi.apk you built for your rom but unable to install it without the phone/Android Device restarting and soft bricking your device
Have you been looking for a way to do it in recovery without the use of a PC due to not having one.
Well the Dev Flasher does, it installs the app or any file you place in any of the available folders in the flasher, once an app in the the folder you want it to install to, it will install it in the same folder you put the app or file into that folder such as for example you put a SystemUI.apk into the flasher /system/Priv-App/SystemUI.apk for none kk or lollipop operating systems you put the SystemUI.apk in /system/app/SystemUI.apk and the flasher will install that same SystemUI.apk to the current SystemUI.apk that is installed in the folder you placed the apk in the flasher
Note for Lollipop Rom devs in the flasher any app that uses the Priv-App or app folder requires you to add a folder your going to replace that contains the apk such as for an example "/system/Priv-App/SystemUI/SystemUI.apk" if you dont do it correctly as shown or anykind of app in lollipop you can cause a softbrick because the os will try to boot from the orginal apk to the new installed one making it confused of witch to run only beware that your using this tool at your own risk, this tool is a flashable zip you'll need to extract it to add your mod or apk then zip it up and flash. All folders in the flashable zip are empty if nothing is in none of the folders it will ignore that folder, it will only flash apps or files that were placed in that specific folder such as for example "/system/app/" will not flash anything in that folder because it's empty now we place a apk in that folder "/system/app/SystemUI.apk". The flasher will flash that file or any kind of amounts of apks in that folder because their are files present in that folder.
