Root DevMgr not initialized????

original rooted rom (I really on't know anything about roms)

I used titanium backup to change android device to a random one then switched back to the original from back up

factory reset then re rooted

now my phone will vibrate once then 3 in a row, every so often no error messages.

i used a log recorder and got this from part of it: does anyone know what this means
