    It's just...going haywire. Force closing the Home, the phone, the this and the that.

    I'm in the process of trying to buy a house I NEED my phone and the touchscreen to work. All the time.

    Have you uninstalled any new apps? Reset to factory default? Take it into Verizon if you can.

    Its not as much a pain with the auto-backups to factory reset the phone... If it still does the same without your apps then return to a corporate store under the warranty for another....

    Factory reset is under setting/ sd card / factory data reset.... One you sign back in most of your setting and contacts will restore on their own... It will NOT erase your memory card...

    I'll try it. I just...the screen went out this morning. It's annoying as ****. I need the phone to work. We don't have a land line.

    Occasionally mine will turn off, but other than that I don't really have any issues. My battery life sucks sometimes, but when I need good battery life I just delete everything on my homescreen.

    Ok... Let us know how that works for you Sour.... Radicle, my battery life was only bad for the first three days or so....Now I can run all day ( 3 home screens running) and charge all night...

    My phone recently has started restarting multiple times a day and sometimes just randomly shutting off with a full charge. If I take it to vzw what will they do for me. Its under warranty but how does that work?

    I took mine back twice (try to go with a corporate store if you have one nearby)... I called tech support and had it swapped for an Ally after that....

    So far so good. I didn't even get around to the factory reset I just let it stay off and charge up and then cut it on. Next time it acts up I'm just going straight into the store. And as far as VZ goes NEVER go into an affiliate. ALWAYS go to a corporate store.

    Sour I agree.... I will always use a corporate store after my last incident with using an affiliate for a purchase...

    i have a corporate store nearby, im taking mine in tomorrow as its been restarting more and more often, hopefully they offer a ally as a replacement so i can root but we will see lol.

    mine restarts about once a day and as for battery life, every time i go to my home screen i tap my advanced task killer widget. it has added nearly an hour a day.
