Not a custom ROM, just rooted so I could play with other things. I'll look at the software version when I get back to the house, it has been telling me no update available for awhile though when I would check, I assumed I was up to date.
You had bother with clockwork didn't you? If that's still installed, don't accept the update. If you've got the stock recovery installed, you can use OTA Rootkeeper to take a backup of your SU Binaries, temp unroot, accept the update, then re apply the binaires after you've accepted the OTA.
I did that successfully through HC to the latest version of ICS with no problems whatsoever.

I thought I installed Clockwork, but I honestly don't know as I have not been able to boot into recovery since I rooted this thing. I just get the dead Android with the exclamation point in his chest.
I have not messed with it since I rooted a few weeks ago. I had bricked it and then recovered it.
It says I am on version 4.0.3 and build IML74K.US_epad-9.2.1.11-20120221
