Did not credited for data missing?

    Just to check with others, I received my regular automated email from rogers today stating that my bill was now available for the period ending on th 17th of Feb... and it's the regular total? Where's that 1-month credit? Or is that on hold too...

    Anyone else got a full-sized bill for half-sized service this month?

    Edit: Thread-title spelling fail... can a mod fix that for me? thanks.

    The original notice said that the credit would be applied within 60 days. You might have to give it another month. If you don't see anything on your next bill, then I'd give them a call.
