We have a great system for you to identify the type of new thread you are about to create: prefixes, "General," "Support," "Accessory," and "Tips."

If you have a tip to share, please prefix your post/thread with "TIPS."

If you are seeking a tip, please prefix your post/thread with "Support."

If you want to post about any accessory (battery, headphones/earpods, cases, etc), please prefix your post/thread with "Accessory."

If you want to post about other things, of a general nature having to do with the device, please prefix your post/thread with "General."
