    Do you have to be rooted in order to try out the other "Home" options (like "Helix Launcher")??

    The Helix one seems to be the most popular option besides the standard Sense..at least from what I've read.

    No. Download it from the marketplace, hit home, choose helix (set it as default if you want later), mess around with it.

    Have fun. Helix is awesome.

    I keep trying ALL of these awesome home replacement UI's and I just cant stay away from Sense UI, I guess it's all preference :)

    I just tried Helix, It's pretty cool, but just not as fulfilling as Sense to me :-/

    Helix Launcher looks cool. It says it could run live wallpapers but guess you need root for that.
