Help Dinc Bluetooth problem

I have a relatively new Sony XPLOD with BT in my car. My Droid has never had a problem detecting or connecting to it, nor have several other phones. My friend tried to connect with his Incredible the other day, and it didn't even see the radio as a Bluetooth device. Any idea why this would be? Are there any known BT issues with this phone?

Tried disabling/re-enabling the BT, scanning multiple times, turning off my Droid's connection to it, resetting the radio and the BT on the radio itself, everything I could think of. It just doesn't see it.

Whether your car suffers from these issues, I do not know.
