Well, 2 month user. Poor build quality - plastic, creaking back plate and so on - no where near as good as my HD2 which it replaces. Also, rubbish connection to WiFi. Only ever been on and off since I bought it, despite WiFi Analyser and others. Come on HTC, you can do better.

Build quality on mine is flawless, as is my wifi connection. Hasn't dropped once.

Mine's fine also. Get a replacement unit.

Build quality is perfect. Dropped mine onto concrete and I cannot see the point of impact at all. No scuffs no marks. Plastic is fine. It's damn solid.

WiFi is perfect. Can get a connection in the garage despite the WAP being at the opposite side of the house, through many walls. I advise you to get a better WAP/Wireless Router.

Really, was this thread worth it?

With the problems you state, I would have returned my handset for a replacement instantly. Those are not the common experience, and not acceptable from an out of the box state. You need to do something about it being 'repaired'.
