Help disable lock key

Have anyone found out how to disable the lock key on the side of the phone? so you can just press any button to unlock the phone.

Hmm, there is a workaround, use hangup key to bring "Lock 2.0" gui and then slide to unlock.

I just installed the free version and it does manage to get around the dedicated lock button quite nicely, however does anyone know what it does RE sleep and battery levels?
Just like to know before i show the dev my appreciation for solving the one thing i hate about the galaxy and buy the full version!

I bought the full version of Lock 2.0 a month or so ago, but now I don't use it anymore because it's terrible on the battery. The app itself doesn't really use up battery, but when the phone is "locked" it's not really locked when this app is running, because touching any of the buttons (volume, call, menu, etc) turns the screen on to the slider screen. This is bad for me because I usually have my phone in my pocket and buttons easily get pressed, draining the battery. I haven't uninstalled it yet because I'm hoping a future update may fix it. It's the best way to get around the ridiculous lock button, but for me the loss of battery life doesn't make it worth it.
