Disable specific account's sync

Hi,

I have multiple accounts on my S4, two private ones (gmail and google apps) and one professional (exchange).

I would like to stop my professional emails to be sync'ed when I'm not working (does sometimes happen ;-)) using a NFC tag, a shortcut or widget

I thought it would be possible with NFC tasl launcher and Trasker, but as far as I understood, it isn't.

Any suggestion ?
