Help Displaying Exchange mail folders - All of them & Hierarchical?

I have been reading other forum posts about trying to figure out why all of the mail folders are not displayed...

1) Is there a way to get all your mail folders to display?

2) Is there a way to disply them hierarchical instead of all flat? Meaning if I have a folder named Folder 2 within Folder 1, I should have to click in Folder 1 to see Folder 2. Just like you see it in Outlook or on the iPhone or Windows Mobile phone...
