just recently switched to a Droid X, one of the features that i love is DLNA support. Which allows you to share videos from your phone to your ps3/xbox 360 or any other DLNA supported device over wifi!!!

Problem is Droid incredible doesnt have that stock, there is hope though. you can download twonkyserver from the market.

Looks like DLNA runs better on the droid incredible than it does on the droid x, :/. transfer speeds over wifi almost double number of droid x.

Used speedtest application and ran side by side comparisons of Droid X vs Droid Incredible. After applying wireless n hack (no overclock or jit hack applied) on droid incredible these were my results.

Droid Incredible: (With Wireless N patch)
    Down: 8933 kbps
    Up: 3253 kbps

    Droid X
    Down: 4417 kbps
    Up: 1653 kbps

Can I ask what wireless N patch you are using and where you got it?
