Root Do I have to partition my SD card at all if I'm turning a2sd off?

    Rooted my phone and don't really need a2sd on right now, so do i have to edit my sd card at all or just uncheck a2sd?

    Just don't partition the sdcard and a2sd wont turn on.

    on a 2.1 based rom, a 2.2 based rom doesn't require the partition.
    So the answer to the OP's question in any case is 'no, you don't have to partition your SD card'. :)

    It's already partitioned because I had a2sd on, and now I want it off. So do I have to edit my SD Card at all or just leave it alone?

    Depends which a2sd you're using but If you are using the latest you can just type
    Code (Text):
    1. a2sd remove
    and it will stop using a2sd and move all your apps to the internal memory.
