General Do I have to return?

    If someone decides they dont want the incredible. Can they just sale it instead of returning it? or Do you have to return it? I dont plan too. Just curious.

    Its yours and you can do whatever you want with it.....i'll buy it for 20$.
     
  3. Yes you can sell it (just make sure the ESN is transferred to the buyer).

    Sure, you can ebay it for more than you paid for it with a contract. But now you're stuck on a contract for 1-2 years with no phone...

    It depends on how you bought it. If you bought it under contract (1 year or 2 year) you will still be responsible for the contract. So unless you have another Verizon (CDMA) phone to switch to them you can sell the phone. But if you bought it without a contract then it's yours to sell. I assume you bought it under contract.

    Just take it back, you're within your 30 days.

    I have a old Casio Type S I can switch to for now if I decided too. I dont mind staying under contract, I love Verizon. I could just cancel my data plan?? And sell the phone on ebay for more. Does that make sense or no cant do that??
