I was wondering how many of you actually use the green answer key... Since I usually don't. When you dial a number, it's much closer and faster to tap the shown name, or to tap the on-screen "call" (if you don't have the number in people app) then to go all the way to a physical button. When you're answering a call, you mostly swipe the on-screen lock bar to answer. At least I do. So, the only usage of "the green key" for me, is when I'm sending MMI codes (checking data plan). What about you?

I use it all the time when answering calls. I prefer it to the touchscreen "button."

oMg I actually forgot about the call button lol. I always use the touch screen. First call I get I will test out the call button. I don't think I have ever used it to answer acall, may be just to activate voice dialer.

    LOL. Weird. !

I use it every time to answer a call, it's much easier than swiping. To make a call I use the onscreen 'Call' button.

I've never used it - not even once.

I notice that in the newer HTC phones theyve gotten rid of it altogether. However theyve also moved the hang-up/power off button to the top of the phone on the desire - which is really annoying since i use that all the time.

Trackball is nice if you mess up in your typing...you can just get on the trackball and roll back to your messup.....that is alot easier than deleting all the way back.

Or you can just, you know, tap the screen :D

But yeah, the trackball can be handy if you need to move the cursor one character to the left. Think i've used it about a dozen times in the past year.
